The organization focuses on preventing soil erosion, enhancing soil fertility, strengthening water resource management, and promoting efficient irrigation practices, including both surface and groundwater systems. By implementing scientific watershed management, rejuvenating water bodies, and encouraging rainwater harvesting, MOTHER aims to improve water security, agricultural productivity, and environmental resilience. These community-driven interventions not only conserve natural resources but also empower rural communities to adopt sustainable farming practices, ensuring long-term ecological balance, climate resilience, and improved socio-economic well-being. Rejuvenation of Water Bodies

Process of Implementation:

Ground level survey to find of tanks with good quality Silt and analyze water and soil health condition of the villages surrounding water body .
Mobilisiing demand for silt and community engagement,
Conducting community meeting to convince farmers for collective silt taking and contrubution process.
Removal of sedimentation and applying it to farm lands in the model. Transportation cost paid by the beneficiary farmers and excavation funded by the project.
Approaching authorities to seek permission for Silt removing, finding logistic support for heavy machineries and agreement process.
Once work starts, Day to Day data collection (Machine start and end reading) tracking farmer details and logbook data maintained dashboard entry visited before after impact analysis survey)
